During the fifth week, I had a
productive discussion with my supervisor to gain clarity on the desired
functioning of the system. We explored various aspects, including the specific
functionalities, features, and interactions that the system should exhibit.
Furthermore, we discussed the hardware and software components that will be
utilized to bring the system to life.
Following our discussion, I began
working on creating a block diagram and flow chart to visually represent the
structure and flow of the system. These diagrams serve as invaluable tools to
comprehend the system's architecture and the interconnections between its
various components. Once I completed the initial versions of the block diagram
and flow chart, I submitted them to Dr. Aizat, my project supervisor, for
review.
Upon reviewing the diagrams, Dr. Aizat
provided valuable feedback and identified a few errors that needed to be
rectified. I carefully analyzed his suggestions and promptly made the necessary
revisions to ensure that the diagrams accurately reflect the requirements of
the project. By addressing these errors, I aimed to enhance the clarity and
coherence of the diagrams, enabling a better understanding of the system's
functionality.
The corrected block diagram and flow
chart will play a crucial role in my upcoming FYP 1: Defence Proposal Presentation.
They will serve as visual aids to effectively communicate the structure, flow,
and key components of the system to the audience. Additionally, these diagrams
will help illustrate the logical sequence of operations and the interactions
between different modules or subsystems within the system.
I am grateful for the guidance and
support of my supervisor, as their expertise has been instrumental in refining
my understanding of the project's requirements. I am confident that the revised
diagrams will contribute significantly to the clarity and coherence of my
proposal presentation.
